Brendan is a member of our Commercial Litigation Group. He has over ten years of experience, most recently in private practice handling general business litigation, including insurance coverage issues, construction litigation, bankruptcy matters, product liability defense, employer/employee disputes, real estate and probate and family court litigation.

Brendan has represented institutional and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, before arbitrators and mediators. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, multi-national and automobile insurance companies, real estate developers, general contractors, manufacturers, and municipal clients.

Brendan works out of our Andover, Massachusetts office.
