Camille is a shareholder of the firm and chairs the Finance Practice Group. Camille has extensive experience representing local and national banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of commercial transactional matters, including secured and unsecured lending, asset based lending, real estate financings (including acquisition, construction and permanent financing), letter of credit and other credit enhancement transactions, equipment leasing and loan transactions, tax-exempt bond financings, affordable housing financings (including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits and senior assisted living projects), syndicated loans and ESOP financings.
Camille's experience also includes commercial loan restructures and workouts as well as foreclosures and liquidations. Camille counsels her clients on issues relating to these financings involving a broad range of differing commercial borrowers from closely held companies to publicly traded companies, whose businesses include a wide array of manufacturing, distribution and other industries.
