Charles is a shareholder of the firm and chairs the Bankruptcy Practice Group. He practices commercial litigation, bankruptcy, workout and financial restructuring as well as creditor's rights for clients such as financial institutions, banks, and construction contractors. Charles prides himself on his tenacious pursuit of the client's objectives and his responsiveness to the client's directives and inquiries. Understanding the client's objectives and fashioning solutions, whether in litigation or bankruptcy, is a core feature of Charles' service to his clients.
