Eric Falkenham represents self-insured employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers in all areas of employment law. He participates almost daily in workers' compensation hearings at the Department of Labor level as well as the appeals board level and has appeared before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on numerous occasions to argue workers' compensation cases.
Eric handles the full range of worker's compensation cases involving issues from causation to extent of disability, from medical bill reimbursement to vocational rehabilitation. He is experienced with cases involving a variety of injuries, including single trauma, repetitive motion injuries, stress claims, occupational exposure injuries and death claims.
Eric has represented employers ranging from sole proprietor to multi-national corporations. Eric also has been a presenter at numerous events covering workers' compensation law.
