Harper Marshall is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and focuses his practice in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and general business law. Harper counsels the firm's clients in a variety of corporate practice areas ranging from entity formation and general contract drafting to transactional planning and negotiations and succession planning.

Prior to law school, Harper worked for Fidelity Investments in Institutional Accounting. Harper works out of our Manchester, New Hampshire office.
