Kelly is a member of our Trusts & Estates Practice Group with a wide range of experience in all estate administration matters. With over 15 years of experience, Kelly has worked closely with individuals and families to create and implement strategies designed to minimize the impact of estate and gift taxes, to facilitate the transfer of wealth between generations and to carry out the charitable intentions of individual clients.

Kelly also works closely with business owners to design succession plans to ensure the preservation of business assets for future generations. Kelly's additional expertise includes guardian and conservator issues, probate and administration of decedents' estates and trusts, post-mortem tax planning strategies and the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns.

Kelly has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a nationally respected lawyer rating service and is frequently invited to speak and present on estate planning topics such as revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts for clients with handicapped children and probate administration.
