Paul represents insurance companies and self-insured employers in the area of workers' compensation. He regularly appears before the Department of Labor and the Compensation Appeals Board. Paul also appears before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on workers' compensation matters. He is the past chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section.
