MANCHESTER, NH – Devine Millimet, one of the largest full-service law firms in northern New England, announces that Benjamin F. Gayman, Esq., has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Manchester office. Attorney Gayman, a prominent New Hampshire attorney, will provide legal counsel on issues involving organizational, financial, real estate, and other business matters. His practice areas include business law, nonprofit law, real estate law, and estate planning and trust law. He was previously a partner at Wiggin and Nourie, P.A. in Manchester.
Attorney Gayman received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. He is an “AV”® peer-rated attorney as designated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been cited in Best Lawyers in America for corporate law.
A committed volunteer in the community, Attorney Gayman has worked for many non-profit organizations throughout the state, including the Appalachian Mountain Club, as a member of its National Board of Advisors; the Crotched Mountain Foundation, where he serves as Director, Secretary, and was Past Chair; the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic and Hospital as a Member of the Assembly of Overseers; a lifetime member of the Girl Scout Movement; a Trustee and Past President of the Manchester Boys & Girls Club; an Incorporator of the Manchester Regional Community Foundation; an Incorporator of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (2002-2008); a Trustee and Chair of the Society for Protection of New Hampshire Forests (1993 – 2002); a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Trust for New Hampshire Lands (1986 – 1993); and Campaign Cabinet Member and Solicitor for the United Way of Greater Manchester (1996 and 2002).
